HarborFest: Sunday, June 5, 2004

Where: At the Town Dock.

This is an annual celebration that features square dancing, tall ship cruises, Children's fun park, free concerts, a craft show, merchant booths, enviro-expo, flowerfest, fabulous food court, nautical exhibits, and more.

Mission Statement: A celebration of Port Washington's nautical heritage on the shores of beautiful Manhasset Bay, dedicated to restoring and preserving this precious asset.

PWGreen's Involvement: PWGreen sponsored a booth which focused on    providing fun and educational activities for children.  We also provided a handout on our organization and a guided tour for the Guggenheim preserve. We were quite pleased with the turnout at our booth, even though the weather was overcast and rainy.
